Welcome to the foggiest house in the neighborhood in Janda Baik located in Pahang, Malaysia! A mysterious veil of fog draped over the landscape, shrouding everything in an ethereal embrace especially from July to December. 

The Space

The villa consists of a total of three buildings — one of the buildings is reserved for the owner and is not open to the public. Don't be surprised if you see cars parked inside the premise. The rest of the buildings are for the guests to explore.

Weather

Please bear in mind that the premise has NO air-con as the weather of the place ranges from 18°C to 22°C. There are portable standing fans in each room and one ceiling fan in the dining area.

IKAN Residence offers a total of 6 rooms — 5 rooms with en-suite bathrooms and one room with a shared bathroom. The villa is meant for 18 to 20 guests including children to stay comfortably. However, the maximum capacity of the villa is 35 guests for those who have a bigger group. There will be extra charges for groups that have exceeded 20 guests. Extra foldable mattresses, pillows, and blankets will be provided for the extra guests.
