Be mindful that the owner reserves the right to take legal action if any illegal activities take place in the villa. The owner also reserves the right to ask guests to leave the villa immediately without a refund if the guests are breaking the house rules after two warnings.

Unauthorized filming or shooting for commercial use without any written consent is not permitted. Legal action will be taken against the guests or company.

The guests will have to leave the property immediately.

 

Security Deposit — from RM1,800 to RM5,000 depending on the number of people (refundable). 
The host will advise accordingly. The owner reserves the right to forfeit the security deposit if any of the above-mentioned situations happened during the stay of the guests.

Penalty for late check-out — RM500 (15 minutes of grace period)

It is crucial to stick to the check-in and check-out time to ensure a trouble-free registration for the next group of guests.

 

Unauthorized guests, extra guests, or visitors are NOT ALLOWED to enter the villa.

The number of guests checked in will be based on the reservation made.

 

As long as the person isn’t staying over is considered a visitor.

 

Kindly refer to the event rates if you’re planning to invite friends who are not staying over at the villa.

 

Event guests are NOT ALLOWED to stay past 12am.

Otherwise, an Extra Guest Fee of RM160 per person will be charged.

 

Unregistered vehicles aren't allowed to enter the neighborhood. All vehicles are required to be pre-registered with the host 24 hours before the check-in date. It is for the safety of all the residents in the neighborhood.

Smoking, vaping, and any use of drugs are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the villa. Regular smokers will have to smoke outside of the villa.

 

All guests are expected to keep the noise level to a minimal level to maintain a peaceful environment. Screaming and yelling are not acceptable.

 

The middle bloc of the premise is reserved for the owner. Guests are not allowed to enter or explore.

 

Pets aren't allowed in the villa. However, there will be an Extra Pet Fee of RM500 (up to 2 pets only) as the guest will have to make prior arrangements with the host.

Please keep the place clean and handle all furniture with extra care as we aim to make everyone's stay as comfortable as possible.

 

Do not pluck any of the trees, plants, or fruits within the villa.

​

The Signature Tea Bar is not available after 9pm.

 

The pool light will be turned off at 1am.

 

The management shall reserve the right to ask for compensation if any damaged goods

(e.g., electrical items, glasses, major scratches on wooden furniture, or chairs) are found after the guests check out. The fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

 

Kindly inform the housekeeper immediately if there is anything broken to avoid misunderstanding and confusion.
