Guest & Visitor Policy

 

• Only registered guests are allowed in the villa. Unauthorized guests, extra visitors, or unregistered individuals are strictly prohibited.

• The number of guests will be based on the reservation made.

• Anyone who is not staying overnight is considered a visitor.

• If you plan to invite non-staying friends, kindly refer to the event rates. Event guests must leave by 12:00 AM.

• Failure to comply will result in an Extra Guest Fee of RM160 per person.

 

Vehicle Registration

 

• Unregistered vehicles are not permitted in the neighborhood.

• For security reasons, all vehicles must be pre-registered at least 24 hours before check-in.

 

Smoking, Alcohol & Drugs

 

• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited within the villa.

• A penalty of RM1,000 will be imposed for any violation of this policy.

• Regular smokers must smoke outside the villa in designated areas.

 

Cleanliness & Littering Policy

 

• Excessive trash and littering are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to maintain general cleanliness and must not leave the villa in a condition that requires deep or intensive cleaning (e.g., moldy dishes, soiled carpets, pet stains, excessive trash on the floor, etc.).

• Cleaning fees are intended to cover standard turnover cleaning between reservations (e.g., laundry, vacuuming) and do not include the cost of additional or extensive cleaning due to misuse.

• Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges of RM350.

 

Noise & Conduct

 

• Guests are expected to keep noise levels low to maintain a peaceful environment.

• Screaming and yelling are not permitted.

• The middle bloc of the villa is private and reserved for the owner. Guests are not allowed to enter or explore this area.

 

Pets Policy

 

• Pets are not allowed in the villa. However, guests may bring up to two pets with prior arrangements.

• A Pet Fee of RM500 will apply.

 

Property Care & Facilities

 

• Guests must handle all furniture and amenities with care to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

• Do not pluck trees, plants, or fruits within the villa.

• The Signature Tea Bar closes at 11:00 PM. The pool lights will be turned off at 1:00 AM.

 

Damage & Compensation

 

• The management reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit if any damages occur, including electrical appliances, glassware, major scratches on wooden furniture, chairs, or sofas.

• Please inform the housekeeper immediately if anything is broken to prevent misunderstandings.
